In-Store Purchases
If you are not satisfied with a product purchased in-store, please return it to us under the following conditions:
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or other proof of purchase is required.
- Timeframe: Returns must be made within 48 hours of purchase.
- Condition: The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
We will assess the returned item and, where applicable, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund. Perishable goods that have been opened or partially consumed are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or spoiled at the time of purchase.
Online Orders
